Four group calls

Your year-long subscription includes quarterly group calls led by a trained senior TFBI tutor. Ask questions and discuss your learning with fellow course participants.

What happens when we try to meditate? What are the common hurdles preventing us from making progress? We'll address these questions in our Meditation & Mindfulness Advanced Course and many more.

Learn the fundamentals of meditation and mindfulness through lectures, and practice exercises, and use The Forest Bathing Institute's unique teaching toolset.

We'll give you a helping hand in developing a reliable home meditation practice through video guidance, peer support, and 4 group calls spread over a year (one a quarter).

In the advanced course, we will have much longer to examine the common issues encountered when you start meditating and explore techniques and different personal solutions to resolve them.

The peer-support group calls will provide extra insight. Over the years, we have received incredibly positive feedback regarding group calls. We love facilitating calls and hearing from everyone; we anticipate lively and heartfelt discussions!
