As an Advanced Professional Forest Bathing+ Guide you will differentiate yourself from the crowd by offering a unique and empowering service, only available via the TFBI  immersive training experience

At TFBI we have developed each element of the our FB+ approach to mindfulness in nature over many years and hundreds of sessions; unlike some less rigorous trainings, with the support of university-led research, we are now proving the therapeutic effectiveness of FB+ indicating an improvement in many areas of wellbeing.

Our training is designed to set a benchmark in forest bathing as a nature therapy in the UK. For professional guide training, there is no online substitute for time spent learning in the woods.

Course Overview

Module 1 consists of three consecutive days of online training, with six months of support from us.

Module 2 consists of two elements; a four-day theory online and four-days practical in-person which is like a mini woodland retreat! Plus six months of study and case study completion with exams. The four-day immersion is where you will really see the elements from both module one and module two fitting together and begin to feel like a FB+ guide.
